Valentine's Day menu

Since I am on a bit of a food-posting kick, here is what I am making for valentines day dinner, which we are having tonight because I am at a dog trial tomorrow...

Good steaks, cooked the way my mom showed me

Roasted zucchini with italian spices and parmesan cheese (even Rob likes it this way!)

Rice pilaf

For desert: chocolate fondue with oranges, strawberries, bananas and cream puffs! Yummy.

Erin, remind me to show you how to cook a good steak when you are here next - easy and really tasty. My mom showed me which ones to buy (more importantly, my dad taught us which kind not to buy :)).
