Today we went to the Pumpking patch, which is by far the best entertainment out there for $3.00. They have an amazing mixture of things to see, from big dinosaurs, to creepy elves, to fish, to giant bunnies, emus and a fat beagle. We had a great time but are not totally sure Loic appreciated all of the fantastic things to see. Next year he will though! Here are some photos from the big day.
This is the three of us in front of one of the many wagons full of pumpkins. They are for sale, but we didn't get one this year.
You could pose your kids as all sorts of things. We chose to make Loic look like this lovely turkey hen. Poor kid.
This is Rob and Loic inside of a giant bee hive!
Here we are standing in front of the Emus. I never knew that Emus were such an important part of Halloween!
Here we are next to some creepy elves. This place would be so creepy at night!
Loic and Rob next to a few of the dinosaurs, who were all standing next to pumpkins. Not sure if pumpkins were around during the time of the dinosaurs, but we will wait a few years before explaining evolution to the baby.
Here was the Wizard of Oz exhibit (of course) with a very frightening looking Tin man.
Cute, cute, cute baby.
And the very traditional Halloween teepee.
Here are some of the Giant bunnies - they are bigger than Toby!! Too cool.
All in all, we had a great day!
