*Shakes fist at Pacific Honda*

My car is still leaking.
On my receipt (that was way too much $ to begin with) it clearly states that they repaired and then TESTED my car to ensure it was not leaking.  Now, one week later, the tire well in the trunk is slowly filling with water.
We are off to the Honda dealer tomorrow.  Wish us (and them) luck!

  1. This may be a case where you'll have to contact the head office of Honda and go right to the top. I had to do this when dealing with an appliance, and although it took two or three emails to increasingly higher-uppers, it did finally get their attention and the problem was resolved.

  2. Did you know we have the same problem in our little beater ?? :) Of course it's super old and we just empty it out periodically. I would be SO mad if it was a relatively new car. Hope it goes well!

  3. I bought the car new from this dealer in 2007!!
    We are going in on Monday, the person who I dealt with last week is not in today.
    Ugh.
